Refund policy
Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand some things just don't work out as planned. But, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less shipping charges.
Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). Return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. And, returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition we sent them to you.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
To start a return, email us at info@himalayan-naari.in to let us know about the situation and request a return authorization. Include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
Note though all sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. That way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right: info@himalayan-naari.in.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
